who's behind it
Infill is operated by Luke Scullion, a chartered quantity surveyor who also owns Castle Builders. He holds an MBA, an MSc in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying, and a postgraduate diploma in entrepreneurship from Cambridge Judge Business School.
Earlier in his career he was CFO of a real estate-focused financial subsidiary of K-rep Bank in Nairobi, helping low-income Kenyans access housing finance. That mix of cost, finance and delivery experience shapes every appraisal we make.
